TORONTO, ON – Local anti-vaccine advocate and chemtrail believer Frank Herald will reportedly be one of the first to die with a physician assisted death in Canada.
The new law which allows for physician assisted death of a patient if they are “a competent adult person who (1) clearly consents to the termination of life and (2) has a grievous and irremediable medical condition (including an illness, disease or disability) that causes enduring suffering that is intolerable to the individual in the circumstances of his or her condition.”
The main issue for Mr. Herald is the “competent adult person” portion of the law, which he clearly is not.
Lawyers argue that Mr. Herald is competent in his own way, just not competent in science.
“We agree that Mr. Herald is very, very incompetent when it comes to science and reality, but he is still a competent adult in the eyes of the law,” said Andrew McDonald, lawyer. “He is clearly braindead and causing enduring suffering to both himself and society.”
Lawyers are also currently trying to get the Canadian Medical Association to classify being anti-vaccine as a sever disability and/or disease.
The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the Herald v. Science case later this month.
