A supposed tape recording of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie talking rationally and calmly to a small group of people has surfaced online. Many people are skeptical of the tape, claiming it must be doctored in ordered to make Christie sound reasonable.
“There is no way that is him. He was talking way too normal and much too rationally about health care and vaccines for a long time on that tape” said an unnamed source from CNN. “There is no way the real Chris Christie could keep it together for that long.”
Christie has been outspoken in his opposition to vaccines and science in general, so the thought of him speaking rationally for any extended period of time must be met with skepticism.
“We have seen Chris Christie on the political stage for a long time, and we have seen his views on science and vaccines. There is absolutely no way he could talk rationally about any health topic, let alone vaccines” said the source.
The Spudd is working hard to gain a copy of the tape and will update the story and we get more information. For now, it is safe to say the odds are against the man on the tape being the real Chris Christie.
