NEW YORK, NY – Robert DeNiro has backed another controversial film, “Flattened”, the story of how the world has been decioeved into thinking the world is a sphere when it is actually flat.
“Grace and I have a child who was born on flat ground and we believe it is critical that all of the issues surrounding the causes of spheres be openly discussed and examined. In the 15 years since the Tribeca Film Festival was founded, I have never asked for a film to be screened or gotten involved in the programming. However this is very personal to me and my family and I want there to be a discussion, which is why we will be screening FLATTENED. I am not personally endorsing the film, nor am I anti-round earth; I am only providing the opportunity for a conversation around the issue.”
The film is produced by Rob Schneider and Jim Carrey, arguably the two largest idiots on the face of the (flat) earth.
“I’d like to see somebody stop me!” said Carrey.
“This film is going to be so explosive that people will want start makin’ copies” added Schneider.
