Study: YouTube, Natural News and Infowars most cited sources by anti-vaccers

A recent study published in The Annals of Interneting, concluded that anti-vaccine cult members most often cite YouTube, Natural News and Infowars as “evidence”. Conversely, the pro-science, pro-vaccine advocates most often cited peer-reviewed studies and blogs which use peer-reviewed studies as their references.

“The study’s conclusion is not all that surprising to be honest” said lead researcher Dr. Hank Scorpio. “If you spend even a few minutes arguing with an anti-vaccer, they inevitably cite one of those three sources within the first few comments they make.”

Anti-vaccer and 9/11 truther Dorothy Temple agrees with the study, stating that those three sources ARE the best source of medical information out there.

“Those sources are not corrupted by Big Pharma” said Temple. “They are only trying to spread the truth, not make a bunch of money.”

Even though Temple was shown that nearly all anti-vaccine, anti-science zealots are selling something on their sites, she dismisses that as necessary to fight against the medical mafia machine.
