1. Buy a gluten-free cookbook and display it prominently on the desk in your office.
2. When out at a restaurant with friends and family always ask the server if they have a gluten-free menu.
3. Slip in little comments about how you used to like a certain food. i.e. “I used to love pizza so much”. People will usually ask why you don’t anymore.
4. Post and share as many gluten-free articles as you can on social media.
5. Change your Facebook cover photo and the backgrounds of your desktop, laptop and cell phone to a gluten-free meme or quote.
6. Label your lunch in the work fridge with both your name and the fact that it is gluten-free.
7. Hang around the gluten-free section of the grocery store and hope someone sees you.
If you can manage to implement some or all of these tips, people will become aware of your newfound hatred for gluten, and also realize you are just a little bit better than they are. After all, isn’t that the point?
