NORFOLK, VA – Local dad Mark Pearson recently lost just over 40 pounds and is healthier than he ever has been in his life. At first, his wife Marcy was very proud and happy for her husband, that is until he began refusing to wear a shirt in any photograph he was in.
“Why would I hide this body?” said Pearson. “I worked hard for it and I’m showing it off every chance I get.”
Marcy was hoping her husband would make an exception for their portrait studio appointment to get pictures with their new baby, but alas he refused.
“I don’t care if it’s a vacation picture or a professional photo shoot, no shirt will ever be seen on this body again” said a defiant Mark.
Pearson is currently at the end of his 3 week paternity leave and is set to return to his job at Microsoft on Monday. It is unclear whether he plans to go shirtless at work.
