CHARLOTTE, NC – The Food Babe was in full damage control today after she accidentally posted a link to a kitchen appliance she won’t get any commission from. It is unclear at this point if Hari assumed she was getting a percentage of the sale, or if it was simply a lapse in judgment.

“However, in this instance I made a mistake and I would like to apologize to the members of my army. You have my word I will never again promote anything on my website or Facebook page that I do not stand to make money from if you purchase it.”
Members of the “Food Babe Army” were quick to come to her defense and readily accepted her apology.
“Everyone makes mistakes,” said longtime army member and science-illiterate Debbie Turris. “I know that Vani would never recommend something that she doesn’t fully believe in or make money from. That’s why we love her so much.”
