Dr. Sherry Fivenickel launched a withering attack on several vaccines, saying that the need for “boosters” proved that they were ineffective and designed primarily to earn money for pharmaceutical companies. Writing on her Facebook page, Dr. Fivenickel said to her followers, “I find it ironic that so many vaccines which were supposed to provide ‘lifelong’ immunity have been found to need boosters. I wonder if Big Pharma and their profits have anything to do with this?”
Dr. Fivenickel is no stranger to medications and the frequency at which they need to be taken. On her online store (drfivenickel.com), she offers a number of supplements and neurotransmitter modulators which need to be taken daily and indefinitely to achieve therapeutic value. According to one of the product descriptions on her store, “The ingredients in Calm PRT promote healthy brain functioning by modulating GABA signaling, decreasing oxidative stress, and promoting cellular healing, all of which help support neuron health.”
A bottle of 90 capsules sells for $99. Though these claims have not been evaluated by the FDA and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, Dr. Fivenickel reassures potential customers by saying, “The formula combines ingredients designed to relieve stress and restore proper communication within the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis.”
Many of her fans on her Facebook page shared Dr. Fivenickel’s outrage and disbelief that a vaccine might need to be given twice, or even three times, to achieve maximum efficacy. Said one fan, “This is clearly nothing more than an attempt by big pHARMa to grab $$$ while they can. Why else would they create a product which needs to be taken so often. SHM.”
