The Spudd has just learned that the one quack to rule them all, Deepak Chopra, may actually believe his own bullshitt. The multi-millionaire who spews on about quantum consciousness (whatever that means) has long since been reported to be just selling these crazy ideas, not actually believing in them. Well it now turns out that Chopra possibly believes the verbal diarrhea that comes out of his mouth as well.
Chopra loves to speak about consciousness, the mind-body-spirit connection, quantum biology and neural correlates, etc. etc. It’s a device used by many practitioners of WOO – confuse your audience with big sciency sounding words in the hopes that they won’t fully understand and therefor think you are really smart. We’ve seen it time and time again with the anti-science, anti-vaccine crowd.
Well it may seem impossible that someone, anyone, can actually take Chopra seriously, it believes that at least one person does: himself.
