SAN DIEGO, CA – Local anti-vaccine parents Brian and Linda Hooker officially filed suit against Kevin Gerard, their son Stephen’s 8th grade science teacher. The suit claims that Mr. Gerard unfairly targeted their son during class and repeatedly failed him on tests even thought they believe he had the correct answers.
SAN DIEGO, CA – Local anti-vaccine parents Brian and Linda Hooker officially filed suit against Kevin Gerard, their son Stephen’s 8th grade science teacher. The suit claims that Mr. Gerard unfairly targeted their son during class and repeatedly failed him on tests even thought they believe he had the correct answers.
“Mr. Gerard has it out for our son, plain and simple” said Mr. Hooker. “For example, he kept getting answers wrong on his test where he had name some bones on a skeleton. His teacher gave him a zero.”
The Science Post spoke with Mr. Gerard about the anatomy question:
“Yes I gave Stephen a zero on that question because he named exactly zero bones correctly. He instead mapped out some chakra zones or something like that and then scribbled something about mercury and autism,” he explained. “I had to give him zero.”
Every time Stephen brings home another test from his science class with a failing grade, his parents get more and more upset.
“I bet you a million bucks I have taught my son more about science than Mr. Gerard ever will,” said Mr. Hooker. “I bet Mr. Gerard doesn’t know anything about how dangerous formaldehyde in vaccines is, how GMO’s can completely mess up your chakras, or how to properly detox from chemtrails. He is an embarrassment to teaching.”
According to reports, the Hookers are seeking $23.5 million in damages and an A+ grade for Stephen.
