Animal rights group to hold meeting at local steakhouse

In a bold move this week, a Texas animal rights group will hold their monthly meeting at a local steakhouse.

“Look, we never said we don’t eat meat at all. We just don’t eat it too often…and only as long as we know the animals we are eating were butchered humanely,” said Bif Tanner, head of the local chapter.

Tanner is inviting anyone who wishes to join the group to come to Big Mike’s Steakhouse in downtown San Antonio at 7pm this Saturday night. All you need to bring are some ideas on how to get the groups message of treating animals humanely out to the public, and a big appetite.

The meeting will be approximately two hours long and will cover such topics as “He went full Vegan. Never go full Vegan.” and “Does chicken really count as meat?”
