Andrew Wakefield sues autism

Andrew Wakefield, the author of a now-retracted paper in the Lancet connecting MMR vaccines and autism, has decided to sue autism itself. After repeated attempts to sue anyone and everyone who disagreed with him (or correctly pointed out that he was a liar and a fraud) were unsuccessful, Mr. Wakefield has decided to go for the big one and sue autism.

Mr. Wakefield’s most recent lawsuits against Brian Deer and the British Medical Journal have both ruled against him. He was subsequently ordered to pay the court costs. While normally this would get someone down, Mr. Wakefield has once again proven everyone wrong and is ready to do battle in court.

With a seemingly callous disregard for the fact that you cannot sue a medical condition, Wakefield with his band of flying monkey supporters behind him, will attempt the impossible. If unsuccessful (which legal experts fully expect it to be) it is assumed that Wakefield and his supporters will accuse autism itself of being part of a global vaccine conspiracy.
